I usually don’t come here often, but decided to stop on Friday since it was on the way to my destination. I was prepared for a bad experience, but the guy with red hair was really caring and took care of me!! He fixed my side mirror and made sure my car wasn’t left with any fingerprints or wet spots. My car looked as good as new!! I will definitely be returning if this is the new employee standard!

just had my tall Ram Promaster van exterior washed with minor detail outside. They did a great job. I will definitely use them again

I had a really disappointing experience. I was charged $40, which would have been fine if the service had been done properly. I specifically asked for one thing and clearly mentioned that the gear area needed to be cleaned, just like I requested on my previous visit. Unfortunately, it still wasn’t cleaned, and once again the one simple request I made was ignored, leaving it exactly as it was before. most basic thing the mates were also not clean.

I’m consistently disappointed, and it’s the main reason I still refuse to sign up for a membership. $17 may not sound like much, but for an automatic wash with a towel dry, it’s reasonable to expect the car to actually be clean—especially when it’s marketed as “hand dried for a streak-free, polished look.” That’s just not what I’m getting. First, I brought my car in specifically because of bird droppings, and they weren’t even fully removed. That’s basic surface-level cleaning and should be a given. Second, there are still visible water spots. I understand missing tight areas like under the license plate or mirrors, but seeing water marks on the top and main panels of the car tells me it simply wasn’t dried properly. Finally, there were greasy handprints left on the exterior—clearly from whoever was towel drying and leaning on the car while doing the tires. That’s unacceptable and actually leaves the car looking worse than before in some spots. I keep coming back because there aren’t many other convenient options nearby, but this has become a consistent issue. I understand there may be high employee turnover, but properly drying a car and removing something as obvious as bird

Amazed at how little 300$ got me, Payed for the complete detail left with bugs still on the hood water spots all over the paint, smears on the interior, and unfinished wheels. I understand it is a chain but for 300$ IT IS INSANITY THAT I HAVE TO TOUCH IT UP MYSELF SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, and just do it yourself or take it to someone who cares
